The results of the research of changes in the asphalt concrete properties during aging are presented in the study. The impact of grading type, temperature of preparation of asphalt concrete and its residual porosity on the change of asphalt concrete properties during aging was investigated. It has been established that asphalt concrete becomes less resistant to aging with increasing content of crushed stone, increasing temperature of preparation and increasing residual porosity.
