Summary

Introduction. The publications of the last years testify to the interest of specialists to the problem of building structures operation. It is caused by the insufficient financing that conduces to accumulation of volumes of the postponed repairs; it was even offered to enter the signaling elements in the bearing structures which behavior would force to think of the beginning of a reasonable operation.
Problem Statement. In this connection it should be noted such circumstances:
As the degradation of properties of the building structure begins immediately after ending of its installation, carrying out the operating measures should be started simultaneously with the beginning of operation, but not later – after some reminders.
Modern building science allows in a theory and enough exactly to predict the deterioration of the properties of structures and accordingly to issue the plan of its operation, excluding the additional scale measuring.
Among the reasons of the properties degradation of building structures, the basic one is the corrosion of steel and concrete – the atmospheric one, in aggressive gas and liquid environments. Corrosive deterioration of concrete is related to the dissolution of the components of cement stone,  its interaction with acids, with crystallization in the pores of insoluble matters.
Objective is to develop the technique for planning the method for operating the planning in order to provide safe work of the building facility during the set period.
Materials and Methods. Materials in this work were not used, methods have not used.
Results. The suggestions presented here, carry a methodical character and do not apply on wide generalizations. Nevertheless, it is possible to state that the correct operation of structures must be based on the joint analysis of both curves – degradations of bearing properties and the cost of repairs.
Conclusions. The method of planning of operating measures for providing the safe work of building facility during the set period is offered.
