Summary

Existence of effective and productive financial assets distribution mechanism in motor road industry is one of condition of Ukrainian economy general development. It is suggested in the article to apply the set norms limits of financial assets, in order to enable definition of financial resources, needed for current shallow repair and operating maintenance of common use motorways. The ware of mentioned mechanism of objective determination and effective distribution of financial resources amounts between industrial regions.
