Summary

Shortcoming in operating maintenance of motor roads occurs from many different reasons. These are unfavorable natural conditions, and intentional human intervention (man caused reasons). Therefore, the motor road organizations have for their main matter a task to provide the proper conditions of motor ways. And the disturbers of social peace have to think about their deeds, and to carry a juridical responsibility for it.
