Summary

Introduction. The goal of optimization is to find the best option among the possible. Optimization methods are used to calculate the optimal technology, optimal geometric design, material costs and similar problems. One option is to find the most economical design on the basis of various possible forms of exhaustion load carrying capacity of ribbed plate. According to the content of the kinematical method of load carrying capacity – ability to perceive the design limit load, defined as the smallest of load carrying capacities for various forms of destruction. There were six independent variables in optimization calculations [1] such as the thickness of the plate, the number of bars in cross section, the height of the beams, reinforcement of beams and reinforcement of plates in two directions. The parameters optimization problem by yield limit of reinforcement for beams and slab, span length, the value of given load carrying capacity of structures and the method of erection.

Problem Statement. Optimal parameters finding of future construction, while forced deviation from the optimum – finding the value of such deviation.

Purpose. Identify trends for influence of the optimal parameters of the project span, given the intensity of the uniform load, of construction method, the planned duration of the operation and other factors.

Materials and methods. Used load carrying capacity proven method of calculation which is based on kinematical theory of limit equilibrium method by which evaluated the ability load carrying capacity of a ribbed plates.

Results. Numerous calculations tendencies of influence of the optimal performance of the project span, given the intensity of the uniform load method construction, the planned duration of the operation and other factors. The results are intended for reference purposes and does not claim to broad generalizations.

Conclusions. It was found prices for materials and work greatly affect not only the best view of the project, but may slightly change the established notions about commonly used indicators such structures.
