Introduction. The transition of the construction industry of Ukraine to the European standardization system based on EN and harmonized technical specifications causes a deep transformation of organizational and technological processes and quality management mechanisms. The relevance of this process is due to the requirements of integration into the EU single market and the need to increase the competitiveness of construction enterprises.
Problem statement. Despite the institutional integration of the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 into national legislation, the practical adaptation of construction organizations faces a number of difficulties: modernization of production processes, implementation of conformity assessment procedures, ensuring economic efficiency and harmonization of technological solutions with new regulatory requirements.
Objective. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of organizational, technological and economic aspects of quality management in construction in the context of the transition to the European standardization system and determination of optimal models of adaptation of enterprises.
Materials and methods. The methodological basis is the analysis of regulatory legal acts of Ukraine and the EU, modern scientific sources on standardization, conformity assessment methods, process management and economic efficiency. Systemic, comparative, functional and economic analytical approaches were applied..
Results. The article substantiates the relationship between the harmonization of the regulatory framework, digitalization of quality control, the implementation of risk-based approaches and economic mechanisms for ensuring efficiency. The key barriers to the transition to EN are identified, the role of technical assessment and CE marking is revealed, and scientific approaches to optimizing organizational processes in the context of European integration are summarized.
Conclusions. Comprehensive modernization of the quality management system is a necessary condition for the sustainable development of the construction industry. Effective implementation of European standards requires consistency of regulatory requirements, technological updating and economic justification of management decisions.
