Summary

Priority directions and a complex of measures are proposed in the article, aimed at perfection of the system of estimative pricing, which will enable not only a scrupulously determination of certain costs of road-works on all stages of price forming, but also will improve the activities of structural subdivisions of project and inferior organizations, and customers as well.
