Summary

The tendencyof increase of traffic volume on public roads and loadon vehiclesaxle forces scientists of the road sector to develop scientific and reasonable methods to keep the existing and develop new transport network of Ukraine. One of the options for solving such problems is the construction of roads with hard (cement) pavement. But any decision must be justified by taking into account technical and economic components. In the study the researchresults of cost aspects of the cement pavementconstruction.
