Analytical review of basic methods of testing concrete for water resistance in the stable and unstable water movement conditions is performed. Basic principles of the methods of concrete testing with the definition of water filtration coefficient and the depth of water penetration are considered. The data allowing comparison of the results of determining water resistance of concrete in various ways are presented and analyzed.
