Summary

In the article it is considered the problem of using space shooting and aerial techniques for hydrological survey
of bridge passes. First there has been developed and scientifically substantiated methodology of hydrological survey of bridge passes, based on using methods of remote sounding of Earth, accomplished from artificial satellite, airplane or another aircraft.
