The purpose of this work was to develop the algorithm of calculation of compositions of foam concrete, which provides the necessary strength properties and average density. In basis was information, got as a result of realization of three factor experiment. This approach allows studying the behavior of material in full body with many factors. And general analysis of experimental-statistical models allows predicting the receipt of material not only with a necessary average density, but also with durability, water resistance, rheological characteristics and others. To facilitate of labor intensiveness of calculations it is developed block-scheme of compositions of foam concrete with set indexes of durability and with accounting cost of raw materials. Block-scheme is realized in the program “Delphi”. In total computer calculates the most economical composition of foam concrete.
