Summary

Introduction. In modern society, people’s lives is hard to imagine without cars. In turn, the rapid development of automotive technology has led to new problems and difficulties related to the need to ensure its safe operation.

Problem Statement. Increasing the rolling stock on the public roads affected the growth of the number of accidents, especially in the dark during the day. To overcome these effects, public roads must be illuminated. Today, the majority in the lines of outdoor lighting of public roads using old lamps providing illumination minor roads. This situation is further complicated by the use of incandescent lamps and mercury or sodium lamps. In addition, only such service lines outdoor lighting costs almost as much energy costs. With few financial resources of enterprises road sector, operating line of outdoor lighting roads and keep them in balance, there is a problem in modernization. This problem can be solved by expanding the investment potential applying mechanism Energoservice.

The purpose and tasks of work. The article is to highlight one of the ways to increase business investment opportunities by identifying organizational aspects of forming constituents investment potential and challenge is the discovery and characterization of certain organizational aspects of one of the components of the investment potential business.

Materials and methods. When writing the article was used dialectical method of cognition as analysis and synthesis in analysis of accidents and induction to uncover organizational aspects of formation of some components of the investment potential of the business.

Results. The paper highlights Energoservice and characterized as part of the investment potential of the company. The content of this concept and highlights the implementation of this project. For the procedure of public procurement Energoservice The list of key documents needed to prepare and performance indicator defined energy service contract.

Conclusions. Enterprises road sector, namely in highway service areas, which are on the balance of the line of outdoor lighting of public roads do not have sufficient funding to address the “upgrading” of lines of outdoor lighting of public roads to increase their effectiveness, efficiency and environmental friendliness. Therefore, the question of funding. Today one of the solutions to this problem is the possibility of expanding the investment potential of the enterprise by Energoservice mechanism. This component of the investment potential of the company does not need to redirect cash flows and use of additional financial resources for purchasing equipment or paying interest on loans and eliminates the need for additional financing costs and leave the same. The application will allow Energoservice apply a set of energy-saving (energy efficiency) and other measures aimed at reducing energy consumption and costs of energy consumption and compared to the costs that would exist in the absence of such measures.
